# Beyond Dojo

> Beyond Dojo: martial arts history, training knowledge, fighter workouts, nutrition and honest gear reviews – across every style.

Beyond Dojo is an independent, English-language reference for martial artists across every style. Content is organised in five pillars – History, Training, Workouts, Nutrition and Gear – plus one hub page per discipline that gathers everything about that art. History articles cite their sources; recipes list macros per serving; workouts are complete programs with sets, reps and rest. Gear articles contain clearly labelled affiliate links; editorial verdicts are independent of them.

Every page is available as Markdown by appending `.md` to its URL, or by requesting it with `Accept: text/markdown`.
